We stand behind every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help resolve it.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with original packaging where possible.
Email us at info@cozyslooms.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and our return authorization.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price once the return is processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no return shipping required. Please send photos to info@cozyslooms.com.
Custom or personalized orders and items that have been used or washed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
